Very nice staff throughout. Spacious room, very comfy bed and amazing bathroom.

Not very friendly staff!

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly, gave us great tips. There were central heating, multi-channel TV, and a seating area in the room, appreciated that.

The bed was uncomfortable.

Because of a problem with the family room I was upgraded and had a nice size room with good beds. The location was comfortable and excellent, close enough to the old vineyards, fresh air and peaceful and Châteauneuf-du-Pape and easily accessible.

Everything was amazing here - amicable staff and modern rooms. Location right by nature in the middle of vineyards, the vineyard, and the river and Orange. Also, in a nice area...

The hotel was in a tranquil position really close to a vineyard at Chateauneuf Du Pape, and the local sights. The breakfast was awesome and offered plenty of items.

Some guests mentioned that the owner's limited English proficiency hindered their desire for a deeper understanding of the castle's history.

our stay in Chateauneuf-du-Pape was amazing, but Espace De L'Hers took it to another level. The charming chateaux surrounded by vineyards was breathtaking. The hosts were friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast with a variety of beverages from their amazing coffee machine was a treat. Would love to stay here again!

parking was a challenge

We had a fabulous stay! Comfortable beds, spacious room, great shower. Warm pool for the kids. Perfect breakfast. Excellent location for cycling, paddleboarding, and exploring Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

Nothing that I didn't like.
